AWANA club

In AWANA, our number one priority is to share God's love with children by helping them read and understand the Bible, memorize scripture, and enjoy fellowship with other children and their AWANA leaders.

Our club meets (Sept-May) 2:30-4:30 on Friday afternoon. If your child goes to Ione Elementary, we send a group of adults right after school to pick kids up. If you would like your child to be picked up or if you would like more information about our AWANA club or our children's programs you can email kids@cornerstonione.org or call the church office 209.274.4131.

Nursery for birth to 3 years old

We understand that a clean, well-managed nursery with well-trained staff is essential, so we have done our best to provide just that. The nursery is right outside the rear doors of the sanctuary making it very easy for you to be close to your baby. If you would feel more comfortable staying with your baby in the nursery for a couple weeks that would be fine as well.

Sunday School and Children's Church for Pre-K to 5th Grade

For the older kids we have Kids Choir and Sunday School at 9AM and Children's Church at 10:30AM. We have great teachers who have been teaching in both Sunday School and public schools for years. They do a great job of loving the kids and teaching the truths of God's Word. These classes are down the hall from the sanctuary in the fellowship hall and Sunday School class rooms.
