Pastor Bryan Campbell preaches through the sins of Edom, Ammon, Moab, Judah, Damascus, Gaza, and Tyre as described in the first two chapters of Amos. These territories were guilty under God’s law of many atrocities, all committed in the pursuit of wealth, prosperity, power, and comfort while devaluing human life. God does not let sin go unpunished, and promises to bring fire upon these nations and destroy their strongholds. As we celebrate Independence Day today, Pastor Bryan also challenges us to take a look at our own nation and determine how we can follow biblical principles to improve upon the things that make us love our country.
